How We Do It

Phase One / Assessment
Using qualitative and quantitative instruments, we conduct a thorough analysis to determine alignment, readiness for change, and opportunities to leverage past successes and learnings. We work diligently to present an accurate picture of the landscape and, if necessary, protect the anonymity of those who provide us data in the analysis process. Our assessments provide cogent and useful recommendations in support of the client’s next steps.


Phase Two / Design and Development
Any intervention or service recommendation is fully informed by the assessment process and we work closely with our clients as we build a menu of strategies that fit in their organization. In addition, our designs fully leverage internal resources across all functions and build internal capacity wherever possible.


Phase Three / Implementation
The services and tools we have at our disposal provide us with an array of options to meet individual client needs. From action or adventure learning to strategic planning and training, we provide the most up-to-date and fresh approaches and curriculum that supports adults in their learning and real-time change in their work setting.


Phase Four / Evaluation
We are in the business of supporting change and making a difference in the organizational life of our clients. We assess the degree to which our work has shifted the organization and the work of its leaders. We use that data to support continuous progress or, if need be, redirect an intervention.to fully realize the potential of the overall effort.
